Lead representative Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom state has excused reports of his imminent exit from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, following the surrender of his Cross River partner, Professor Ben Ayade, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The lead representative was cited as saying on Tuesday, “Do you know why they are composing that I will go along with them? They are searching for acceptable individuals to fix their gathering. “They need somebody with projects as they don’t have any. They need somebody that commissions projects. They have never dispatched any in light of the fact that they don’t have any. Reveal to them I am not coming.
“Akwa Ibom is PDP! PDP is Akwa Ibom! At the point when you see them, disclose to them that Akwa Ibom isn’t like any other state. Akwa Ibom is PDP! I think a word Is enough for the wise. “You know, when they come and see the great streets that the lead representative has developed, they are searching for a path for us to come and do likewise there. “Reveal to them that it isn’t something similar. The sort of blessing that is in PDP can’t be found in any Party”.
