The Supreme Court overturned Kashim Shettima’s expulsion as the All Progressives Congress vice presidential candidate for multiple nominating on Friday.

The Peoples Democratic Party lacked locus standi to bring the lawsuit, according to a five-member panel of the supreme court.

The panel concluded that the PDP is not an APC member.
