The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Mr. Muhammed Bello while receiving a donation of food items and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has appealed to wealthy individuals of the society to assist the FCT with palliatives to reach out to the vulnerable of the community.

He said that such philanthropic out reach will assist in softening he impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the needy members of the society.

Mr. Houssam Diab, the Lebanese Ambassador while giving out the donated items of 6000 bags of 5kg rice, 500 cartons of noodles and 600 bags of 50kg flour, insisted as citizens, it is the responsibility of Nigerians to support the Federal Government in tackling the worldwide declared COVID-19 outbreak.
