Rennes starlet Eduardo Camavinga is reportedly Arsenal’s priority in the summer transfer window.

The Frenchman only turned 18 last November but has already made 80 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit and is also being linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

After being dumped out of the Europa League at the semi-final stage last week at the hands of Unai Emery’s Villarreal, it’s looking likely that the Gunners will not be in European competition next season.

Mikel Arteta’s side currently sit ninth in the Premier League table following Sunday’s 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion, but would need to finish no lower than seventh if they are to qualify for Europe.

Barring a perfect run-in and teams above them collapsing in the final weeks of the campaign, the north London outfit won’t be taking part in either the Champions League, Europa League or the newly-formed Europa Conference League in 2021/22.
