Barcelona have reportedly been handed a boost in pursuit of key target Saul Niguez, with Atletico Madrid open to a summer sale.

Atletico Madrid are willing to sell  Niguez to Barcelona in the summer transfer window, according to reports in Spain.

The Spanish international is a key target in midfield for the Blaugrana ahead of the 2021/22 season.

The 26-year old has established himself as one of the best midfielders in since enjoying a breakthrough campaign with Atletico Madrid in 2014/2015.

Niguez  who has fallen down the pecking order, has managed to start just 27 games.
