The court of appeal Abuja has discharged the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
The appellate court the federal high courts lacks jurisdiction to try him for terrorism charges.
Nnamdi Kanu is standing trial before the Federal High Court Abuja on seven-count charge of terrorism and treasonable felony.
