The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has just confirmed 12 new Coronavirus infection, bringing it to a total number of 151 in the country.

This update by the agency as at mid-day Wednesday, 1st of April revealed 1 case in Ekiti State, 2 in Edo State and 9 in Osun State.

So far, Nigeria has nine discharged persons who had the virus and recorded 2 deaths.

”As at 12:30 pm 1st April there are 151 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Nine have been discharged with two deaths” NCDC, April 1, 2020.
