President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Dr Nasirdeen Mustapha Raji as the new Director General, National Productivity Centre (NPC), Abuja.
The Minister of Labor, Employment, Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige, who conveyed the message on Thursday during the management meeting, announced that Dr. Musa Nasirdeen O. Raji has been confirmed as the new Director-General of the centre.
The Minister stated that Dr Raji will be replacing Dr Kashim Akor who had served his two terms of eight years by the end of May 2023.
Until his appointment, Dr Nasirdeen Mustapha Raji was the Director of Procurement spanned years before his elevation.
Dr Raji, who is an indigene of Kwara State, hails from Offa in Oyun Local Government Area of the state, and rose through the rank to his current new status.
