Nigeria Coronavirus cases has risen with twenty three confirmation, bringing the total number of infected persons to 174.

Earlier on  1st of April, 12 cases were announced to have tested positive.

As at 8:00pm of the same day, 23 more persons were confirmed, making it the highest record so far in one day as Lagos state with the highest number of infected persons is having 91, along side Abuja with 35 cases, Osun with 14, Oyo with 8, Akwa Ibom with 5, Kaduna, Edo and Ogun with 4 each, Bauchi with 3, while Ekiti and Enugu confirmed 2 each with Benue and Rivers having one each.

”Nine have been discharged, with two deaths” the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) concluded.
