Crayon, an award-winning Nigerian musician, has reached out to Napoli forward Victor Osimhen on social media, urging him to join Manchester United, according to PUNCH Sports Extra.
Crayon, who has over 470,000 Twitter followers and 780,000 Instagram followers, pleaded with Osimhen to join United in the summer after Napoli won the Scudetto.
The 24-year-old striker, who has been one of the most feared forwards in Italy this season, has been coveted by top European clubs, but he is said to be high on Manchester United’s list of summer transfer targets.
With 13 goals from 15 games this season, the Nigerian international has been very impressive this season.
His fantastic form has helped fire Napoli to the top of Serie A at the mid-way point of the season.
The former Lille striker is a quick, dynamic, and exciting centre-forward who could fit very well into Manchester United’s attack, which is why the English giants have targeted him.
Crayon has now asked the striker to join the Red Devils.
“Howfa my bro! Osi nlaaaa! Man U dey find you!!! Abeg come Man U this summer after you win Serie A! Come collect big 9!!!” he wrote on his Twitter page.
United have also been linked with the likes of Dusan Vlahovic and Benjamin Sesko as well as Harry Kane, although the Tottenham forward is now reportedly open to extending his stay in north London.
The Red Devils are unlikely to make any more forward signings in the current January transfer window but will attempt to acquire the Nigerian in the summer.
