As Executive Governor of Lagos, National Spokesperson for the Opposition for more than a decade (2005–2015), and a candidate for the Governorship of Kwara State in the 2003 General Elections, Mohammed has played significant roles in the political life of his nation since the establishment of Nigeria’s fourth republic in 1999, according to the statement. He also served as Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Mohammed responded by expressing his joy at joining Ballard Partners and starting the company’s first office in Africa.
