The Central Bank of Nigeria, acting on behalf of the Federal Government, has adjusted the exchange rate for cargo clearance from N783/$ to N952/$.
This adjustment follows a previous increase from N757/$ to N783/$, which occurred just three weeks prior.
The change in the exchange rate for cargo clearance was initially reported in November, when it rose from N757 per dollar to N783 per dollar, marking a 3.4% increase.
On Thursday, the updated rate has now been observed on the portal of the Nigeria Customs Service.
