Innocent Idibia, a.k.a 2baba is one of the most respected Nigerian singers, and his impact in the Nigerian music industry can’t be expunged.
The singer has really done well for himself as an artist even though he has been involved in several controversies over the years. He recently took to his Instagram page to write an emotional post apologizing to his wife, children, and family members. The singer stated that his apology isn’t a stunt, but something he knows he needs to do.
Tuface Idibia stated that he was sorry for all the embarrassment he has caused his wife, Annie Idibia, his children, his mother, and his management team. According to him, his apology is in no way being made to attract sympathy. He also wrote that he is not trying to make himself look good, but he is just trying to do the right thing because he has not really been a good husband, and a good father.
He also stated that he didn’t make the apology because he is giving up, but he just wants to go back to his default settings and denounce his role model status and make up for the times he had lost with his kids. The singer further stated that he desires to give good music that will make his fans understand why he is being called 2Baba.
