The Lagos State government has cautioned citizens of the state to desist from playing around with the COVID-19 emergency lines and pranking health worker.

Describing that calls coming in via the emergency line were irrelevant ”very distracting” was the word used, Akin Abayomi, the Lagos State Commissioner of Health who gave out the warning said ”80% of calls we recieve are joaxes… 11% of the calls we receive are welcome, they are asking for information, only 9% of the calls are actually valid but only 4% of the calls have resulted in a red flag.

He appealed to Lagosians, therefore to stop the false alarms, pranks and use if aggressive words.
