Nigeria has recorded another death form the COVID-19 pandemic.

This death count was recorded in Lagos state. Professor Akin Abayomi, the State’s Commissioner for Health of the state who revealed this report via Twitter identified the deceased was 66 years old UK citizen, traveled from India through Dubai and then arrived Lagos on the 17th  of March 2020.

The Commissioner disclosed further that another coronavirus patient has recovered and has been discharged.

With the recent update;

Total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lagos state is 130,

Discharged patients to 32,

Active cases are 93, while

Death record reads 3
