President Tinubu has landed in Guinea-Bissau to participate in the 50th Independence Anniversary on Thursday November 16.
Along other heads of state and government, Tinubu will join the festivities hosted by President Umaro Sissoco Embalo in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau.
The event, initially planned for September 24, 2023, was rescheduled to November 16, 2023.
Tinubu’s involvement comes after his participation in the Saudi-Africa summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is anticipated to return to Nigeria on Thursday, according to a statement by his spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale.
