Tinubu Inaugurates Eight Permanent Secretaries, Chairs FEC Meeting

President Bola Tinubu on Monday administered the oath of office to eight newly appointed Permanent Secretaries, whose selections he endorsed last Friday following their successful completion of the Federal Civil Service’s selection process. 

The swearing-in ceremony took place just before the commencement of this week’s Federal Executive Council meeting, currently under President Tinubu’s leadership.

The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are Ndakayo-Aishetu Gogo, Adeoye Ayodeji, Rimi Abba, Bako Odoh, Omachi Omenka, Ahmed Umar, Watti Tinuke, and Ella Agbo.

President Tinubu is currently overseeing the FEC meeting, attended by Vice President Kashim Shettima, Secretary to the Government of the Federation George Akume, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Dr. Folashade Yemi-Esan, Chief of Staff to the President Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, ministers, and other senior presidential aides permitted by Tinubu to participate in FEC meetings.
