Tricycle Owners Association of Nigeria (TOAN) in its bid to help control the spread of the coronavirus disease and working with State Governments of Lagos, Abuja , Ogun and other states to bring the pandemic to an end.

Tricycle popularly called ”Keke” has resulted to be the preferred means of transportation for essential workers especially the health line.

To this end , the National President of TOAN, Augustine Apeh issued a regulation to protect lives oftricycle riders and passengers.
