“Their job is very simple, to carry out the process selecting the flag bearer of the party in Edo State and we know that after that exercise, there may be concerns, disagreements, that is why we have constituted members of the APC Governorship Primary Election Appeal Committee”.Ajimobi stated.
Uzodinma, in his response, said the committee was honoured by the assignment and promised to do justice and ensure that APC wins the Edo state governorship election.
Uzodinma said the current travail of the party was caused by enemies of APC but all issues will be resolved and the partywill come out victorious.
Dr Kayode Ajulo, Its secretary, reacting on behalf of the five-man election appeal panel, said members will do justice as impartial body to protect the integrity of the ruling party adding that the task ahead the committee “is a great challenge but with God, the committee will deliver”.
